Reiki
Reiki is a system of working with the body's subtle energy to promote balance and well-being on all levels, physical, mental and spiritual. Reiki is often offered as a relaxing, balancing energy treatment. As a treatment, an initiated practitioner uses a gentle, non-invasive hands-on technique that allows the recipient to participate in their own well-being through deep relaxation. For the initiated practitioner, Reiki is also a practice of meditation, self-healing and spiritual growth. The word "reiki" is often used as the name of the subtle energy we work with, the Source energy from which all form arises.
Reflexology
Reflexology is the science based on reflexes on the feet, hands, ears and face which correspond to all the glands, organs and other parts of the body. It is a natural, non-invasive way of stimulating internal organs, increasing circulation and restoring bodily functions to normal. Reflexology treatments are enhanced. Reflexology can reduce stress, relieve pain, increase energy, improve circulation, cleanse the body of myriad of toxins, improve health, strengthen the immune system, enhance creativity and productivity. Reflexology can assist in weight loss and in overcoming addictions.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, rhythmic technique that targets the lymphatic system, which plays a crucial role in detoxifying the body and maintaining a healthy immune system. By applying light pressure and specific hand movements, our therapists stimulate the flow of lymph fluid, helping to eliminate toxins, reduce inflammation, and enhance overall wellness.
Craniosacral Therapy
Cranio Sacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. It was pioneered and developed by Osteopathic Physician John E. Upledger after years of clinical testing and research at Michigan State University where is served as professor of biomechanics.
Sport Massage
Sports Massage helps to improve muscle flexibility and joint range of motion, allowing you to move more freely and perform at your best. By targeting specific muscles and using techniques such as deep tissue massage, Sports Massage helps to relieve muscle soreness and tension, promoting faster recovery after intense workouts or sports events.
Dayna is an amazing massage therapist and such a sweet lady! She is very in tune with the body and is skilled in a variety of techniques. If you want different pressure or for her to focus on a trouble area, she listens and adjusts as necessary. She also runs some awesome specials!
