Prenatal Massage

This type of massage is specifically tailored to your body during and after pregnancy. The goals of pre-natal and post-natal massage are similar to those of classic massage, to relax and relieve sore muscles, increase circulation and mobility, impart a sense of wellbeing, help you sleep better, and help your body and mind feel good. Pregnancy massage is performed on a massage table while lying in a side position with many cushions and pillows supporting your body and your baby for your utmost comfort.

I've been coming here for several years and it's always a top notch experience. Every staff member I've seen has been professional, responsive, and effective at helping fix my aches and pains. I only wish I could visit more often!

I’ve had two massages with Dayna and she is very caring and does wonderful massages! Super helpful with addressing my issues with neck pain and giving good suggestions and advice for things that might provide relief outside of the massage hour with her. I like the pressure and she’s good at communicating to understand what I’m looking for. Thanks so much!

Dayna is an amazing massage therapist and such a sweet lady! She is very in tune with the body and is skilled in a variety of techniques. If you want different pressure or for her to focus on a trouble area, she listens and adjusts as necessary. She also runs some awesome specials!
