Each massage session is contoured for each client. In a session, I may use several different massage modalities depending on what my client hopes to achieve. The range of Motion, Stretches, Heat and Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils are also used.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE $55 / $85 / $115 / $155
It is beneficial because it reaches the deepest layer of muscles, fascia & tendons. Breaking down adhesions in the muscle is very important because they cause pain, inflammation & limit motion of the muscles & joints.
PRE/POST NATAL MASSAGE $45 / $75
This type of massage is specifically tailored to your body during and after pregnancy. The goals of prenatal and post-natal massage are similar to those of classic massage, to relax and relieve sore muscles, increase circulation and mobility, impart a sense of wellbeing, help you sleep better, and help your body and mind feel good. Pregnancy massage is performed on a massage table while lying in a side position with many cushions and pillows supporting your body and your baby for your utmost comfort.
ASHIATSU MASSAGE - ORIENTAL BAR THERAPY

(AOBT) Ashiatsu Massage is a barefoot massage technique using deep compression effleurage strokes that glide over the body. This creates a structural change in chronic soft tissue. Correct application will provide deep relaxation and stimulate the lymphatic system of the body. Ceiling bars are used to support and balance the therapist and lubricated is applied to the body. This work is known as "The Deepest, Most Luxurious Massage on the Planet" so I'm sure you will enjoy it.
