Cancellation / Refund Policy

​No refunds will be provided for deposits or cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Cancellations received between 72 and 48 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a 75% refund, and cancellations received less then 48 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a 50% refund.

Rates are variable depending on a number of factors, including location, size of job & visit frequency We also offer 5% discount on non-profit organizations and PTOs.
