1 -- Get your credit card ready.  We do not charge you until after service however, we do collect credit card info to reserve appointments

2 -- Make sure to go through all the steps in the online booking process until you press the button to confirm appointment
 
3 -- If you do not receive a confirmation email from us, most likely it wasn't booked.  Please contact us to schedule appointment.
